Another client with whom we share a long-standing relationship, TwinNeedle first connected with us back in the early days of The Hunters Journal. I was actually a customer of theirs before they ever brought us on board to handle their marketing. Known for producing some of the most rugged and well-considered equipment for tactical professionals, trampers, and—of course—hunters, TwinNeedle also runs one of the most respected outdoor gear repair services in the country. While they operate as a small, close-knit team, they also hold the impressive title of being the largest employer of sewers in New Zealand.

Like many specialist manufacturers, their challenge wasn’t in building world-class gear—it was in clearly communicating the value of that gear to the hunting community. Without a dedicated internal marketing hire, and with limited time to focus on the ever-changing world of content and digital, they needed a partner who not only understood marketing but understood hunters.
